Denae Wade is a Hoop Dance Facilitator, a mother, and an artist. With about six years of experience hula-hoop-dancing in her free time, she decided in May 2019 that it was time to pursue her passion, and share her love for the “flow arts” with others through teaching. The goal of these classes is to help others find a certain peace in their lives, that hoop dance has helped her find. Her goal is to help instil confidence, help to improve mental and physical health and offer skills to aid a FUN, stress-relieving workout.
