A driving factor for me to continue teaching and performing is to help people
feel comfortable and happy in their own bodies, their own skin, and with their
own unique style of movement. So many of us feel uncomfortable, unsatisfied,
and unhappy with our own bodies, and how we move, and hooping can help
transform that! Gaining confidence, releasing fears and insecurities can be a life-changing
experience and one that can stay with you for life.
