Ilaria was born in Rome and as soon as she managed to get on two legs she started jumping, dancing and climbing. Her childhood flows between improvised sketches to cheer the family inspired by the circus and lessons in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, conducted up to pre-competitive level. Circles, balls and ribbons are her world which, however, come to an end. So she throws herself headlong into the studio, she graduated, she obtained a master’s degree in “Organization of cultural events” and, for years, she worked behind a PC organizing tastings and managing the social networks of restaurants in the world of food and beverage, another great passion of her. Then life offers a stop, inviting to reflect if the time spent really reflects her nature. In 2016 she leaves for a long journey in South East Asia and in Thailand she comes across a magical place where guys from all over the world form a kind of community of street artists. There, for the first time, she sees a girl dancing with a hoop and a fire jam. It is love at first sight and Ilaria decides that she absolutely wants to be part of that world. All her love for dancing, for movement with the tool, for training in coordination, and for the fun and joy that comes with it, explode in her: right among those special people met by chance, on that “Neverland”, she finally finds his happy thoughts. Once back home, she immediately looks for information on the discipline that brings together juggling and dance and discovers the Hoop Dance. Ilaria joins the very first existing course in Rome, thus starting to be part of the first Roman hooper’s community. Today dancing with the Hula Hoop is still her first thought in the morning. In 2019 she became a Hoop Love Coach certified by Deanne Love
