Making health, fitness and wellness fun is my mantra. My classes incorporate all sorts of cool props like weights, hula hoops, paddleboards, wine or whatever else looks like fun. It’s not exercise if you’re having fun, right? I truly believe fitness is for everyone and it’s my goal to help my students be successful regardless of their experience level. I’m a certified ISMA personal trainer, PaddleFit Level 2 Coach, RYT200 Yoga instructor and of course Hoop Love Coach.
