Miami, Fl based performer and instructor Lorena Rodriguez (LorenaHoopdance), specializes in teaching beginner through intermediate hoop dance classes in her community. Her diverse skills include fire spinning, UV, LED performances, and “hoopography”.
She is eager to share her passion for hoop dance and all of the health benefits that come along with this fun-filled exercise.
