Memory is a hoop performer and teacher based in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. She relies on her ten years of experience as a professional performer in plays, musicals, and operas to teach empowered movement. Her hoop classes are fun and beginner-friendly, incorporating stretching, dance, yoga, and strength training with body weight. Memory encourages students to look at hooping as an exploratory tool that can be used to reach their personal goals for fitness and self-confidence. By day she works as an academic librarian and has assumed the moniker @hooplibrarian on social media. “Every hoop its hooper; every hooper their hoop!”
