Nancy’s love of hooping started years ago after discovering an adult size hoop. The low-impact yet heart pumping workout is what attracted her to hooping – not to mention, it was so much FUN! After having her hip replaced in 2002, Nancy has been very cautious about her workouts. Nancy obtained her Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and although she loves the feeling in her body of a yoga session, hooping sparks an excitement she can’t contain and wants to share with others. Blending these two practices, Nancy offers a fun, whole-body workout in the hoop. When Nancy’s not twirling in the hoop, you can find her paddle boarding in the summer, snow shoeing in the winter or walking the trails with her pup. Nancy believes in balance in your life keeping active, positive relationships with lots of love & laughter and to always keep learning.
