I am a Hooplovers coach and run Hula fit classes that are designed to be fun, to give an all-round body workout and to bring a little of childhood memories back with all the enjoyment the traditional hula hoop gives. I have been teaching now for four years and the hoop community that has grown with this class is one of encouragement, determination and friendship.
I make my own hoops and they can be made to order. The weight depends on the size of tubing and size of the hoop. All my hoops I supply for the classes are under 800g.
I can also run HoopYogini classes privately. HoopYogini is Hula Hooping integrated with Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Some of these moves are used in HulaFit but more intensive courses can be booked around you either in a group or one to one. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2017 and I design programmes around YOU to help YOU get the results YOU need.
I became a certified DDMIX Instructor, in 2017, and is a dance fitness program designed by Dame Darcey Bussell and is aimed at getting everyone moving and having fun whilst gaining an all over body workout.
